What to bring to your EPIC banner session

Please have your player bring everything they would bring to a game.
Bat, Ball, Glove, Cleats (clean bottom - no dirt or mud), Belt, Cap, Batting Glove, Covid Mask, etc.

Additionally, have your player wear blue jeans (may be ripped), a favorite t-shirt, and sneakers to their session.

PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of EPIC PhotoGraphic.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
